Governor Henry McMaster, Lieutenant Governor Pamela S. Evette, and First Lady Peggy McMaster have announced their schedules for the week of November 17, 2025.
From Sunday, November 16 to Tuesday, November 18, Governor McMaster will participate in the Republican Governors Association’s annual meeting in San Antonio, Texas.
On Tuesday, November 18 at 10:30 AM, Lt. Gov. Evette is scheduled to attend the Operation Employment Career Fair aboard the USS Yorktown in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.
Governor McMaster will hold a Joint Declaration of Intent signing with the Ambassador of Germany on Friday, November 21 at 10:30 AM at the Statehouse in Columbia.
Later that day at 5:15 PM, Lt. Gov. Evette will be present at the Main Street Lights Community Tree Lighting event in Downtown Newberry.
On Sunday, November 23 at 6:00 PM, Governor McMaster, First Lady Peggy McMaster, and Lt. Gov. Evette are set to attend the 59th Annual Governor’s Carolighting program on the North Steps of the Statehouse in Columbia.
The previous week’s schedule for Governor McMaster included attending the grand opening of the Thomas and Vivian A. Wong Honor Tower and Garden in Greenville on November 11 and speaking at an event marking the completion of the USS Yorktown Environmental Remediation Project in Charleston on November 12. The governor also participated in several policy meetings and media interviews throughout that week.
Additionally, on Thursday, November 13, he spoke at the 2025 SC Governor’s Summit on Addiction held at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center and later joined U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham for a media availability session before addressing attendees at a Beaufort County Republican Party reception in Bluffton.
His schedule also involved calls with members of the South Carolina General Assembly and officials from the Department of Corrections.
