On Monday, February 9 at 2:45 PM, Governor McMaster attended the annual South Carolina Governor’s Conference on Tourism and Travel at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. The following day at 8:30 AM, Lieutenant Governor Evette participated in Operation Palmetto Shield: Lowcountry Cyber Tabletop Exercise at the University of South Carolina Hilton Head Campus. Later that morning at 9:30 AM, Governor McMaster oversaw a State Fiscal Accountability Authority meeting in Columbia. On Wednesday afternoon at 4:15 PM, he attended the 15th Annual South Carolina Automotive Summit in Greenville.

The previous week’s schedule included office hours at the State House on Gervais Street in Columbia—where McMaster maintains his official office—and meetings with members of the General Assembly and constituents. Other engagements included policy meetings and presenting the Order of the Palmetto to Dr. Katherine Twombley.
