Governor Henry McMaster, Lieutenant Governor Pamela S. Evette, and First Lady Peggy McMaster released their official schedules for the week of March 30, according to a statement dated March 30.

The public release of these schedules allows South Carolina residents to follow the activities and engagements of their top state officials. This transparency is part of ongoing efforts by the Office of the Governor to keep citizens informed about government actions and community involvement.

On Monday, March 30 at 12:30 PM, Governor McMaster participated in a fireside chat with Georgia Governor Brian Kemp during the Environmental Council of the States Spring Meeting in Savannah, Georgia. The following day at 9:30 AM, he will oversee a State Fiscal Accountability Authority meeting in Columbia. Later that afternoon at 2:00 PM, he will participate in the annual Month of Military Child proclamation presentation at the Statehouse.

Lieutenant Governor Evette’s schedule includes attending the South Carolina Innovation Awareness Month Kickoff Breakfast on Wednesday morning and participating in a Child Abuse Prevention Month press conference on Thursday. On Saturday morning she is scheduled to attend an opening event in Charleston.

Last week’s schedule for Governor McMaster included office hours with constituents and meetings with members of the South Carolina Senate. He also spoke at several events such as a press conference for SC Manufacturing Madness and addressed law enforcement leaders from across the state. Other highlights were his participation in economic development meetings and community ceremonies including presenting an award at the Governor’s Mansion.

According to the official website, Henry McMaster leads as governor of South Carolina and serves its residents while operating within state government administration. The Office engages in conservation initiatives, historical preservation projects, community programs, issuing proclamations on important topics like education or health care contributions, fostering economic development efforts across regions, supporting workforce training programs, enhancing public safety measures statewide as well as preserving cultural heritage assets through partnerships with local governments and organizations.
