Governor Henry McMaster, Lieutenant Governor Pamela S. Evette, and First Lady Peggy McMaster released their schedules for the week of March 16, according to a statement issued on March 16.

The announcement provides insight into the official activities planned by South Carolina’s executive leaders. These schedules reflect ongoing efforts in public engagement and state administration.

On Wednesday, March 18 at 9:00 AM, Governor McMaster will attend the University of South Carolina Brain Health Center ribbon cutting at the USC Health Sciences Campus in Columbia. On Sunday, March 22 at 1:00 PM, Lieutenant Governor Evette is scheduled to attend the Goodyear 400 NASCAR Cup Series Race at Darlington Raceway in Darlington.

The previous week’s schedule included policy meetings, constituent meetings, agency calls, and participation in events such as a special announcement with Cox Enterprises and Ducks Unlimited in Beaufort. Governor McMaster also spoke at the South Carolina Department of Administration’s Executive Institute Final Session in West Columbia.

According to the official website, Henry McMaster leads as governor of South Carolina and serves its residents while operating within state government administration. The Office of the Governor engages in conservation, historical preservation, community programs, economic development initiatives, education and workforce training support, public safety enhancements, health care recognition efforts, environmental conservation promotion, cultural heritage preservation projects, and partnerships with local governments and organizations to advance state initiatives.

These scheduled activities highlight how state leadership remains involved with both governmental operations and community events.
