Governor Henry McMaster, Lieutenant Governor Pamela S. Evette, and First Lady Peggy McMaster released their public schedules for the week of March 23 in Columbia, South Carolina.

The announcement details several upcoming events involving the state’s top officials. Public schedules like these are intended to keep residents informed about government activities and community engagement.

According to the schedule, on Tuesday, March 24 at 10:00 a.m., Governor McMaster and Lieutenant Governor Evette will participate in the South Carolina Manufacturing Madness Awards Ceremony at the Statehouse. Later that morning at 11:30 a.m., Lt. Gov. Evette is scheduled to attend the launch of the South Carolina Healthy Business Coalition – Midlands event in Columbia. On Wednesday, March 25 at 11:30 a.m., she will also be present for IKO’s grand opening in Chester.

Governor McMaster is set to attend a ribbon cutting for Black River State Park on Thursday, March 26 at The Meadows at Black River in Salters. On Saturday, March 28 at noon, all three—Governor McMaster, First Lady Peggy McMaster, and Lt. Gov. Evette—will attend the ninety-first running of The Carolina Cup in Camden.

Last week’s schedule included events such as speaking engagements by Governor McMaster at The Hibernian Society of Charleston’s annual banquet and attending ribbon cuttings for facilities including USC Brain Health Center and CVETS Level 1 VECCS Certified Facility.
