Gov. Henry McMaster, Lt. Gov. Pamela S. Evette, and First Lady Peggy McMaster have released their public schedules for the week of September 8, 2025.

On Thursday, September 11, Lt. Gov. Evette is scheduled to speak at two events in Columbia. At 8:20 AM, she will participate in the annual 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center located at 1101 Lincoln Street. Later that day, at 12:15 PM, she will address attendees at the South Carolina Home Visiting Conference at the Marriott Columbia on 1200 Hampton Street.

The previous week’s schedule for Gov. McMaster included meetings with agency leaders and participation in several public events in Columbia and Wellford. On Wednesday, September 3, he held office hours and met with various agencies at the Statehouse before continuing meetings throughout the afternoon.

On Thursday, September 4, Gov. McMaster continued office hours and agency meetings before participating in the Governor’s Summit on Veterans Affairs at the Pastides Alumni Center on Senate Street. He also held a media availability session and attended the grand opening of Walmart’s Wellford Distribution Center on Fort Prince Boulevard in Wellford. That evening, he presented the Order of the Palmetto to Richard Cohn, Sr., during a ceremony at The Palmetto Club in Columbia.
