Gov. Henry McMaster, Lt. Gov. Pamela S. Evette, and First Lady Peggy McMaster have released their public schedules for the week of December 8, 2025.

On Tuesday, December 9 at 9:30 AM, Governor McMaster is scheduled to speak at the second Annual University of South Carolina Molinaroli College of Engineering & Computing Nuclear Summit at Colonial Life Arena in Columbia.

Later that day at 2:00 PM, he will oversee a State Fiscal Accountability Authority meeting in Room 252 of the Edgar Brown Building in Columbia.

Governor McMaster will travel to Washington, D.C., on Wednesday, December 10 to participate in a Homeland Security Advisory Council meeting at the Department of Homeland Security Headquarters on the St. Elizabeths Campus.

On Thursday, December 11 at 2:00 PM, he will hold a press conference regarding WaterSC on the first floor of the Statehouse in Columbia.

Lt. Gov. Pamela S. Evette is scheduled to attend Chanukah in the Square on Sunday, December 14 at Marion Square in Charleston.

The previous week’s schedule included several official engagements by Governor McMaster. On Monday, December 1, he participated in a press conference with state and local emergency management officials for Winter Weather Preparedness Week at the South Carolina Emergency Management Division headquarters in West Columbia and attended the annual A Tree for the Fallen Ceremony at his office.

Throughout that week, Governor McMaster held office hours and meetings with state legislators and agencies. On Wednesday, December 3, he joined a press conference with the South Carolina Research Authority regarding cybersecurity efforts.

On Sunday, December 7, Governor McMaster and First Lady Peggy McMaster hosted their annual Christmas open house at the Governor’s Mansion in Columbia.
