Gov. Henry McMaster, Lt. Gov. Pamela S. Evette, and First Lady Peggy McMaster have released their public schedules for the week of August 4, 2025.

On Tuesday, August 5 at 9:15 AM, Lt. Gov. Evette will attend the Business Opportunity Conference hosted by the Carolinas Virginia Supplier Development Council at the Marriott Charleston in Charleston.

Governor McMaster is scheduled to speak at the South Carolina Republican Party’s 58th annual Silver Elephant Dinner on Saturday, August 9 at 7:15 PM at the Columbia Convention Center in Columbia.

The previous week’s schedule for Governor McMaster included a policy meeting and participation in an event with NASCAR, the South Carolina Department of Public Safety, and other officials to highlight upcoming races at Darlington Raceway in Greenville on July 30. That day also included media availability and a call with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Secretary Scott Turner.

On July 31, Governor McMaster held office hours at the Statehouse and attended an economic development meeting. He conducted a ceremonial bill signing for H. 3276 Hands Free Driving Act at his office in Columbia before making himself available to media outlets and holding meetings with constituents and agencies throughout the afternoon. Later that day, he addressed Fort Jackson Senior Leadership during their visit to the Statehouse.

Friday, August 1 featured a policy meeting for Governor McMaster.
