Gov. Henry McMaster, Lt. Gov. Pamela S. Evette, and First Lady Peggy McMaster have outlined their schedules for the week starting June 23, 2025.

On Tuesday, June 24, at 2:30 PM, Governor McMaster will conduct a ceremonial bill signing for S.2, which is set to establish the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities. This event will take place at the South Carolina Health Campus in Cayce.

Following this, at 3:00 PM on the same day, Governor McMaster is scheduled to hold a Cabinet Meeting at the same location.

The following day, Wednesday, June 25, Governor McMaster will attend a groundbreaking event for FAYAT Group in Ridgeway at 10:00 AM.

Also on Wednesday at 11:00 AM, Lieutenant Governor Pamela S. Evette will be present at the 50th Anniversary Celebration of Coca-Cola Consolidated Bishopville Facility in Bishopville.

The previous week’s schedule included several key events for Governor McMaster. On Monday, June 16, he attended an agency meeting. The next day involved an agency call and a policy meeting before speaking at a Republican Governors Association luncheon in Washington D.C.

Wednesday’s activities included a ceremonial bill signing for H.3309 related to the South Carolina Energy Security Act and delivering remarks at two separate events in Columbia – the Greater Columbia Community Relations Council’s Annual Luncheon and Awards Presentation and the Historic Preservation Awards.

Governor McMaster also participated in office hours and conducted a media interview that day.

His week concluded with participation in a phone call with U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and other governors on Sunday afternoon.
