The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Fort Mill rose by $53,700 while total sales decreased by 2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $282,000 – a 23.5% increase over the $228,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Fort Mill in January 2016.
