The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Folly Beach rose by $66,500 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $718,000 – a 10.2% increase over the $651,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Folly Beach in the third quarter of 2020.
