The request seeks comprehensive arrest records for the year 2023 under the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act, ยง30-4-10 et seq. The media organization has requested that the information be provided in an electronic format.

The specific data points requested include the name, sex, race, age, date of birth, and citizenship status of each arrestee. Additionally, details such as booking ID, date of arrest, booking photo, names of arresting officers, type and location of crime, and date of crime are sought.
