The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Edgewater Park rose by $202,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $545,000 – a 58.9% increase over the $343,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Edgewater Park in the third quarter of 2016, as well.
