The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Drayton rose by $50,500 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 – a 24.1% increase over the $209,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Drayton in the first half of 2017.
