The Coastal Carolina softball team lost to the Texas State Bobcats on April 25, falling 5–0 in San Marcos, Texas.

Texas State took an early lead with a sacrifice fly by Sami Hood in the second inning, followed by a bases-loaded walk that made it 2–0.
