City of Columbia issued the following announcement on January 10.

From what we can tell, handsome “Milch” was abandoned by his owners and now finds himself in our care. This young guy is probably just over a year old and is great with other cats. Can you commit to a cat for his whole life? Even if that means 15-20 years? Then come check out our easy going Milch. He has been neutered, is microchipped, and current on vaccines.

This loving “furbaby” is currently ready to meet her “furever” family. Please refer to the ID number listed above when visiting the website.
