Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center issued the following announcement on February 25.

Congratulations to our Employee of the Quarter for the 1st Quarter of 2022, Ashley Kline, Athletic Trainer.

Ashley prides herself on quality care and safety. Others look to her for advice when it comes to the quality of her work.  Ashley has been integral in connecting new staff at Coker with our hospital administration.  She took over the scheduling duties, policies, and procedures, and is the main COVID-19 contact for the university.

Since transitioning to Coker University, she has hit the ground running. Her attitude is reflected by her athletes that love to stop by and see her on the sidelines even if they aren’t injured.

Ashley is actively involved in all aspects of the outreach sports medicine program. From staff meetings, leading staff huddles and briefs in the training room, to help with events at local high schools and athletic physicals, Ashley is always there.

She is one of the most genuine people you will meet. Her kind demeanor and approach to others has a lasting impact on everyone she meets.  She is able to build relationships through hard work and communication that builds trust from the ground up. She is 100% honest even when situations can be unpleasant for her to address; she is the employee you can count on to get the job done.

Ashley has taken every opportunity to become stronger and more confident over the past few months.  She is the definition of empowerment, and we are grateful to have her as a part of Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center.
