The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Capri Isles rose by $178,250 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $595,000 – a 42.8% increase over the $416,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Capri Isles in the fourth quarter of 2017, as well.
