The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Capri Isles fell by $88,750 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $234,250 – a 27.5% decrease over the $323,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Capri Isles in the second half of 2016.

The median sales tax in Capri Isles for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,797, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2017.
