Join us for a lively discussion of The Lincoln Highway by Amor Towles. Copies of the title are available for check out from the circulation desk. 

Brown Bag is currently being run as a hybrid book club meeting. For in person discussion members will meet in the Electric City Creative meeting room on the second floor. For those wanting a virtual option, email librarian Sara at sleady@andersonlibrary.org for a Zoom link.

Joint department program announces incentives for South Carolina residents to earn secondary diploma.

The South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce (DEW) and the South Carolina Department of Education’s Office of Adult Education (SCDE) created a partnership program called the General Education Development (GED) Inventive Program. The program offers residents the chance to earn their GED free of charge and receive a one time $500 payment if they pass the exam.
