Advanced Metalworks, a company specializing in metal fabrication, has announced plans to expand its operations in Anderson County, South Carolina. The expansion includes a $10.5 million investment and is expected to create 69 new jobs.

The company provides services such as laser cutting, punching, bending, welding, and computer numerical control (CNC) machining. Advanced Metalworks will consolidate its two existing Anderson County facilities into a newly purchased 156,000-square-foot building at 117 Blake Dairy Road in Belton. Operations at the new facility are scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2026. Job seekers interested in working for Advanced Metalworks can find more information on the company’s careers page.

We look forward to partnering with the city of Belton and Anderson County in the endeavor to keep manufacturing jobs local in the metal manufacturing and machining industry.”

Governor Henry McMaster commented: “Today’s announcement is another great victory for the Upstate.
