The Town of Hilton Head Island has extended validity of 2022 Resident Beach Parking Passes for an additional three months (through May 31, 2023), to provide parking access to eligible residents during the transition to its new parking management vendor, PCI Municipal Services.

In September 2022, Town Council authorized negotiation of a contract with PCI to provide a comprehensive parking solution for the Island’s beach parks. On Tuesday, February 21, 2023, Town Council approved a budget amendment that provides funding for the project. Once the contract has been finalized, PCI will begin issuing resident beach passes as part of their services to the Town. The Town expects the 2023 passes to be available by the end of May.
